• Track their seed collections and exchanges

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Responsibilities

• Communicate honestly and respectfully with other users
• Follow through on exchange commitments you make
• Package and ship seeds properly to ensure viability
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share seeds that are patented or protected without authorization
• Not share seeds of invasive species or noxious weeds

5. Seed Exchanges (Non-Commercial)

SeedShare is a platform for strictly non-commercial seed sharing among gardeners. By using the Service for seed exchanges, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No buying or selling: All seed exchanges must be free
• SeedShare does not guarantee seed quality, germination rates, or variety accuracy
• Seeds are shared for personal, non-commercial gardening purposes only
• You are responsible for verifying compliance with local regulations
• International exchanges may be subject to phytosanitary requirements

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Sell seeds commercially or operate a seed business
• Distribute seeds of invasive species or controlled substances
• Misrepresent the identity or characteristics of seeds
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant SeedShare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mama Fua Technologies Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR SEEDS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeedShare from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13. Subscriptions and Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Contact us first to seek an informal resolution
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually
